Since 1985

CTMS was established in Queensland during 1985 and has led the way in improving the quality of cooling tower refurbishments, cooling tower repairs, replacements and new construction throughout Australia. CTMS is also setting the standard for others to follow with innovation and technology in the cooling tower service industry.

Largest cooling towers in the Southern Hemisphere

CTMS has constructed the largest mechanical draft cooling towers in the Southern Hemisphere. Two-off 18 cell Marley timber towers at Callide Power Station west of Rockhampton near the town of Biloela, and a 15 cell Marley timber tower at Tarong North near Yarraman 300 km west of Brisbane. Both projects were carried out with no lost time injuries.

We have carried out many successful construction and refurbishments projects, including Marley, Pritchard, Hamon, Bulke Duerr, Jord, Aquacool, BAC, Sulzer / Superchill, Maxichill etc. There is no Cooling Tower made that our company can not construct or rebuild.

On time - No LTIs

Cooling Tower Mechanical Services has successfully completed on time and with no LTI's, hundreds of projects during shut down periods, outages and over weekends. Many of the projects are in remote locations that are performed under extremely difficult circumstances, due to the hazardous environments.

24/7 Trained Crew

Our crew is trained in confined space, breathing apparatus etc, and are available to work rotating 12 hour shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to complete the project.
